Here's an easy hint ...LOVED these. Loved them. <br />Here's an easy hint that helped me cut the time down by a good half hour. You can raise your dough in the microwave. After putting the dough in the greased glass bowl rub a little shortening on the top of the dough and cover with waxed paper. Microwave on power level 1 (10% power) for 10 minutes or until doubled in bulk. I did this instead of letting it rise on the counter for 45 minutes and it worked like a charm. Be careful if your microwave is stronger though.
