Ding Dong/ Twinkie Filling

5 TBSP flour
5 TBSP sugar
1 cup milk

Cook over medium heat until thick, let cool in fridge

Combine and beat for 6 min;
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1/2 cup shortening
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt

Add cooled milk mixture and beat for 5 more minutes
